Hi! I’m Neil, and I live and work in Elgin. I am a member of the Elgin Community Council for the area.

I work as a Games Designer for Hunted Cow Studios and I have a passion for representing my community.

I am also the Convener of the Moray Liberal Democrats.

I have been involved in campaigning to bring back maternity services to Dr Gray’s Hospital, I am passionate about local services and right now across Moray we are taken for granted.

Whilst our vital services continue to be hurt, we are taken for granted by both the SNP and Conservative parties’, who have ignored the people of Moray for too long.

We need actions now to improve our area, not just words. Moray Deserves Better.
